What is the lead time at Winkler?
Stock Gates: 24 hours, when in stock.
Fabricated Gates: 8-10 days average depending on complexity of order.
What are the payment terms?
When ordering online, payment is due via credit card during checkout.

For all other orders, Net 30 days with approved credit.

What kind of freight does Winkler use?
For orders meeting size and weight requirements, Winkler uses UPS.

For orders that exceed these requirements, Winkler uses Collect, FOB Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA.

Is there an order minimum?
For online orders, there is no minimum order amount. For all other orders, there is a $25 order minimum.
Does Winkler offer volume discounts?

Is there a late payment fee?
A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added on to past-due accounts. Past due accounts cannot be shipped. All discounts are forfeit if account is past-due.
What is Winkler's return policy?
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your account on paid orders and for the original item price only. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded for defective merchandise only, and only if we are notified within 7 days after delivery.
What is the process for backorders?
We make every effort to keep a large inventory of our products in stock. However, large orders can occasionally deplete our stock. Backordered products are shipped immediately upon arrival at our warehouse. Backorders are invoiced at the price which existed at the time of order.
